How much does the retreat cost?
The 2022 tuition of $375 includes all retreat events, including the opening night party and Sunday farewell brunch, but not lodging or meals. Lodging and meal packages are available separately. See below.

What about lodging and dining?
The most convenient place to stay is at the Lost Lake Woods Club Lodge, where all retreat events will be held. But there is no requirement to stay there; even if you do not stay at the lodge, you may buy meals there.
There are four lodging and meal packages available at the lodge. All include tuition plus lodging Thursday through Saturday nights, breakfast and lunch Friday and Saturday, as well as the opening party and farewell Sunday brunch. You must name your companion for the shared-room packages; we will not assign someone.
Three bed-and-breakfast inns operate within the county: the Lake Huron Inn, the Springport Inn and Churchill Pointe Inn. All three can be found online. A few small motels and cabin resorts are along or near the Lake Huron shore. A number of cabins and homes in the county are available for rent through vrbo, AirBnB and the like.
The Lost Lake Woods Club restaurants, the Five Lakes Grill and the Lost Lure Lounge, will be open for all meals during the retreat, but dinner is not included in any package because we hope that participants will go out to see a bit more of Alcona County while they are at the retreat. Restaurant recommendations are available, whether you stay at Lost Lake or not.

Paying by check: Write your name and address, your lodging choice, your phone and your email (if you have one) on a piece of paper, write a check to Inspiration Alcona for the appropriate amount and pop the paper and the check in the mail to Inspiration Alcona, PO Box 506, Lincoln, MI 48742. You'll get an email confirmation or, if necessary, a reply though the U.S. mail.
Paying by credit card: If you'd like to charge with a credit card, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu below and continue with your information and payment method.*

What happens next?
Soon after you’ve enrolled, you’ll get an email confirmation. (If it’s more convenient for you, we’ll send things by U.S. mail.) A few weeks before the retreat, you'll get a reminder and any updates needed.

If the retreat fills beyond its maximum, we’ll maintain a waiting list, but in the meantime we’ll return your payment. We'll notify you immediately if a place opens.
Should we have to cancel the whole retreat, whether for corona virus reasons or otherwise, we'll make a full refund to you.
If you cancel more than a month before the retreat, we'll send a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel for non-medical reasons less than a month before the retreat, we will send a 50-percent refund or apply your full payment to a future retreat, your choice.
If you must cancel for reasons of illness, we'll send a full refund less the $25 fee regardless of the time you cancel.
