Inspiration Alcona offers a regular program, Alcona Authors, designed for aspiring writers who live in or near Alcona County. Former Detroit Free Press editor Will St. John leads this inexpensive, friendly group exploration designed mostly for people without much experience. The cost is $25 for six sessions.
